Saving resources, we use engineered wood products wherever possible. We install high-efficiency irrigation systems and recycle construction materials. We use top quality subs that are conscious of waste and re-using material whenever possible.
Saving energy, and lowering your bills, we use high-efficiency lighting, energy-efficient appliances, upgraded insulation, high efficiency furnaces, energy-wise landscaping, insulating window glass, and instant hot water.
For air quality, our wood is untreated with chlorine, chromium or arsenic, and we use paints & glues that have no or low amounts of unhealthy volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Our houses have mainly allergic free flooring such tile, hardwood, and stained concrete.
