Nick began as a trim carpenter where he developed an eye for detail and craftsmanship. He is a self-taught architect, learning to draft in Autocad so he could be involved in all aspects of the build process from design to finish.
Kim, a certified accountant, handles the financial side of things and keeps everyone on track.
Their son, Derek, handles project planning and management. He joined the team officially after earning a business degree from William Jewel College, but he’s been at home helping on job sites since his early years.
